Return Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not, you may request a return under the conditions below.

Return Period

Our return policy is valid for 14 days after purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Conditions for Return

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must also be returned in its original packaging .

Non-returnable Items

The following items cannot be refunded :

  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines

  • Hygiene or intimate items

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software

  • Certain health and personal care products

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm its receipt and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within a few days.

Refund Delays or Issues

If you haven't received your refund:

  • First, check your bank account again

  • Then contact your credit card company

  • Next, contact your bank, as processing time may vary

  • If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@sleak.fr

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged . To request an exchange, contact us at contact@sleakparis.com , then send your item to: 90C BEATRICE ST, Innaloo, 6018, WA .

Gift Returns

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn't marked as a gift or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

If you're returning an item over €75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without proof of tracking.
