Return time:
Our return policy is valid for 14 days after purchase. If more than 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

We only replace defective or damaged items.

Gift returns:
- If the item was sent to you as a gift, you will receive a gift card of equal value once the return is validated.
- If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
Shipping costs for returns:
- Return costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable .
- If returning an item worth more than €75 , we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance to avoid loss.
We cannot guarantee receipt of the returned item without proof of tracking.
